Rethinking the Built World
As wildfires and hurricanes become more powerful and destructive year after year, the imperative for superior and sustainable building materials has amplified.
Now, more than ever, the use of eco-conscious building methods and climate hardening materials is vital for our safety, security and the prosperity of future generations.
Building Armour Stucco is a groundbreaking alternative to traditional stucco, offering superior durability and performance.
Unlike conventional stucco, made of cement, aggregates and water, geopolymer stucco uses a blend of natural minerals and industrial waste byproducts, making it environmentally friendly and climate resilient.

What is Geopolymer ?
Geo refers to dirt or mineral, and Polymer refers to a long chain of molecules. In simple terms, think of Geopolymer as Human Engineered Rock, that can be formulated for superior performance versus conventional cementitious materials of today.
What is Building Armour Stucco?
Building Armour Stucco is an innovative cementitious geopolymer, meticulously formulated and engineered to safeguard and protect both existing and new structures from fire, water, and other destructive elements, offering an eco-friendly, sustainable and cost-effective solution.
Building Armour looks, feels and installs the same as conventional stucco. However, that’s where the similarities end.
Here’s the Difference
Class A fire rating
Noncombustible with Zero smoke spread
Ignition Resistant with Zero flame spread
High compressive and flexural strength
Reaches structural integrity in 24 hours
Installation complete in 3 or 4 consecutive days
Water, Crack, Impact, Acid & Pest resistant
Naturally Antimicrobial
Repurposes & Encapsulates Waste bi-products
Uses Zero Portland cement
Produces Zero CO2
100% Recyclable
Design & Build in any style
Building Armour is architecturally agnostic
As conscious builders, we need to acknowledge that building with the same materials and expecting different results is simply unrealistic.
Building Armour “Just Change The Ink”

FIRE RESISTANT
Wildfires have increasingly become more frequent and more destructive. The Palisades and Eaton fires in Los Angeles County destroyed more than 18,000 structures, burned 57,000 acres and killed at least 29 people.*
Extreme heat from a fire causes conventional stucco to begin to spall and crack at 212º F, allowing outside embers and oxygen into the structure, contributing to interior fire. On average, wildfires can burn at temperatures ranging from 1,472º F to 2,192º F, with some reaching even higher levels under intense conditions.
Engineered to Protect What’s Important
Building Armour Stucco will NOT crack or spall under extreme heat like conventional stucco, and is capable of withstanding extreme temperatures of up to 1,700ºF for one hour, at a thickness of 1”. This level of protection is achieved without the use of exterior gypsum or fire rated sheathing, and produces Zero smoke and Zero flame spread.
Building Armour Stucco can be applied to the interior or exterior of any new or existing structure, offering unparalleled protection from fire and water intrusion. With costs comparable to conventional stucco, Building Armour stucco offers superior protection and durability, and is installed in a fraction of the time.
Building Armour Stucco is Non-combustible and Ignition Resistant, aiding in the dramatic slowing or stopping of the spread of fire. Building Armour Stucco protects the structure against the intrusion of embers and radiant heat 2 to 4 times longer than traditional exterior finishes available today.

“As a licensed contractor in California, we are responsible for water intrusion and the structural integrity for 10 years”.
WATER & CLIMATE RESISTANT
According to the International Institute for Environment and Development, about 41% of Americans were under a disaster declaration at some point during 2024, with 137 million people being affected. Of these weather-related declarations, hurricanes and tropical storms affected more people than any other event.
Water intrusion can significantly compromise the structural integrity of any structure, potentially causing mold, dry rot, or weakening of the foundation if not promptly and properly addressed. The most significant risk to conventional stucco in cold climates is the freeze-thaw cycle. Moisture that penetrates the stucco can freeze and expand, leading to cracks and further damage.
Impact, Crack & Mold Resistant
Building Armour Stucco & Building Armour Concrete Sealer can be applied to the interior or exterior of any new or existing structure. Offering unparalleled protection from water intrusion, especially when applied directly over concrete and other cementitious materials.
Building Armour products offer a viable solution by reaching structural integrity with 24 hours and providing a weather-tight seal within 48 hours of application. Ensuring fast climate protection and minimizing the risk of water intrusion.
Our unique geopolymer technology is water resistant, and antimicrobial, with high compressive, flexural and tensile strength. This allows for superior protection of the structure in all climates, creating a better solution for those living in colder or extreme climates.

CLIMATE HARDEN YOUR ENVIRONMENT
What does Climate Hardening mean?
Climate hardening refers to the process of making infrastructure, systems, buildings or communities more resilient and resistant to the impacts of climate change and extreme weather events. This typically involves physical improvements, upgrades, or design changes that help assets withstand hazards such as high winds, flooding, heatwaves, and other climate-related disasters.
As climate change leads to more frequent, intense and devastating weather events, climate hardening is crucial for protecting lives, property, and essential infrastructure. Climate change IS here. Whether you’re remodeling or retrofitting an existing structure, or building new construction, Building Armour has you covered.

Cost Effective
Rapid Construction, Superior Performance & Cost Effective
Installers: There is typically little to no retooling or additional manpower required when spray applied. Building Armour products are designed to be installed in the same fashion as conventional stucco, without the risks of cracking and water intrusion.
Building Armour Stucco can be spray applied in a single lift at 1” thick, including soffits. Typical residential homes of 2000-2500/sf can be applied within 3 to 4 days. Building Armour can be painted or use color coat of choice.
Building Armour products are inherently monolithic, forming a covalent bond when applied to itself, even after its cured. Apply foam trim, wood trim or masonry materials directly to Building Armour with any of our Building Armour products.
Homeowners/Builders/Architects/Engineers
Building Armour is meticulously designed to provide superior protection and expedite the building process, for both new construction and existing structures, without compromise to architectural detail or design. Our goal is, and will continue to be, to better protect any structure, making them more affordable and climate resilient. Building Armour plays well with the building materials of today.
By increasing the protection of the wooden structure, and building with superior materials, we are offering a viable solution for fire, flood and home insurability, advocating for reasonable rates for homeowners.
